Please contact us for any concerns with your order. For cancellations, please email before postage has been issued. A $10 processing fee will be incurred upon cancellation.

Returns will only be accepted if the items are faulty or damaged and must be handled within 14 days of receiving. 

The damage cannot have occurred through transit.

Items must be returned for refund.

Return of item is customers responsibility.

Items must be determined faulty by the team.

Items must not have been worn, washed, used or have tags removed.

Discussion can be had whether it is a full refund, partial refund, discount or store credit. Shipping cost is non-refundable. As we are a small business, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. International returns will be at the cost of customer and will be store credit only. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase to avoid disappointment.
